Preparing Students in the Franciscan Tradition for Careers in Science and Medicine

Do you wonder if you have what it takes to be a doctor? Does a career as a physical therapist sound rewarding to you? Do the challenges of biotech research excite you? Does nursing hold a special place in your heart? How about pharmacy, dentistry, or perhaps veterinary medicine?

Padua Franciscan High School will get you there with MedTrack®. MedTrack is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in science and medicine by following a rigorous science and math program, and embracing the Franciscan tradition of ministering to the needs of the sick in their community. This exciting new program will challenge you with hands-on activities both in and out of the classroom as you explore how to turn your dreams into reality.

Learn more in our most recent brochure. If you are interested in applying to MedTrack as an incoming freshman for the school year beginning in August 2012, please download the application. You may also obtain a printed version of these materials by contacting Admissions at 440.845.2444 x112. Please note, a teacher recommendation is included in the application.

The entire application, including the teacher recommendation, must be postmarked by January 14, 2012 to receive priority consideration. Please note: MedTrack requires a separate application which is IN ADDITION TO and DUE PRIOR TO the normal application for Padua Franciscan High School. The MedTrack application provided above contains a detailed list of steps which you must complete in order to be considered.
