Official Transcripts may be requested by alumni from the Registrar’s Office at Padua Franciscan High School for a fee of $5.00. The request must be put in writing with the graduate’s full name, birth date, graduation date, and address of the college, university, or place of employment where the transcript is to be sent.
Make the check or money order out to Padua Franciscan High School and address the envelope to Padua Franciscan High School, 6740 State Road, Parma, Ohio 44134, Attention: Registrar’s Office. You may also call 440.845.2444 ext 120 to request an Official Transcript and mail the $5.00 fee or bring it to the General Office of the school.
