THE FILING DEADLINE HAS EXPIRED.

The Private School Aid Service Application that will be used for elevating qualification for Padua Franciscan High School's Financial Aid Scholarships as well as the Diocesan Financial Aid can be printed from here (form is a pdf format*).  A new application must be submitted annually for consideration of a financial aid award and/or continuation in the Padua's lunch program.

This one application is all that needs to be completed for each family for consideration of both scholarships.  If you also have students in other Catholic schools within the diocese, you still only need complete one application.  This application must be returned with all requested attachments to Private School Aid Services before the March 1, 2008, deadline in order to be considered for financial aid awards for the 2008-2009 academic year.  The form must be completed in its entirety and mailed directly to Private School Aid Servies with the required attachments and the $20 processing fee.

Please do not miss this opportunity to submit your application as no financial aid awards can be made without an evaluation having been completed.  If you have any questions, please contact the Padua Business Office.

Diocesan Tuition Assistance (DTA)
Diocesan Tuition Assistance (DTA) consists of a pool of money from various funding sources of the Diocese ofCleveland.  To apply for DTA, a family must first complete the PSAS application.  Each family will be evaluated and grants awarded based upon financial need as it relates to the family's obligations.  The dollar values of the grants vary according to need.
