Scholarships and Awards

Honors Scholarship

Students who maintain an “A” average (93–100%) during the entire seventh grade and the first semester of eighth grade and have satisfactory marks in conduct and effort are awarded an honors scholarship of $1,000 for their freshman year. This scholarship is renewable annually, as long as the student maintains a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade point average at Padua. Students who wish to apply for an honors scholarship must request that their elementary school principal send an official transcript showing proof of the “A” average to our Admissions Office by February 1, unless that information has already been forwarded with the High School Application Form by the application deadline.

Freshman Academic Awards

Students may earn a partial one-year, non-renewable scholarship by being among the top 12 scorers on one of the first two Padua placement tests given to eighth graders each year.  Our Important Dates page has all the details.
