Baseball
Past State and Regional runner-up, Bruin baseball is a strong contender in the North Coast League. Try out for the freshman, junior varsity and varsity teams. The Bruins practice and play all games behind Padua Franciscan High School. The Padua Franciscsan Baseball Team has won the North Coast Crown four times (1991, 1993, 1995, 2002). PFHS has claimed the District Title ten times (1969, 1971, 1974, 1977, 1982, 1983, 1984, 2003, 2005, 2006). The Bruins have been District Runner-up four times (1976, 1993, 1996, 1999). The Bruins have captured the Regional Championship twice (1984, 2005). In 1977 the Bruins were State Runner-up. Most recently the Bruins advanced to the State Semifinals in 2005.
