Padua is hosting a Wayne F. Miller Alumni Memorial Concert on Sunday, March 30, 2014. The performance will begin at 2:00 pm in the Padua gymnasium. As a special tribute, Padua has commissioned a special commemorative arrangement of the Padua Alma Mater, the original of which was written by Miller himself.

The memorial orchestra will be composed of former Padua students of Mr. Miller, and instrumental alumni are encouraged to contact Mark Wozniak ’97, director of instrumental music at MWozniak[@]paduafranciscan[dot]com. Participants will receive full information, including music and time of rehearsal.

Admission to this concert is free, but seating is limited and by ticket only. A memorial fund has also been established to benefit and encourage Padua students to participate in Padua’s award-winning instrumental tradition. Contributions should be addressed to the Padua Endowment — Wayne F. Miller Memorial Fund, in care of the school. For further information, call 440.845.8224.
