Students who score a CSQ of 100 or higher on the High School Placement Test and maintain an “A” average (93-100%), in core subjects, during the entire seventh grade and the first semester of eighth grade and have satisfactory marks in conduct and effort are awarded the Academic Scholarship of $1,000 for their freshman year. This scholarship is renewable annually, as long as the student maintains a minimum 3.30 cumulative grade point average at Padua.
Students do not need to fill out an application for this scholarship. All students are automatically considered when they release their 7th and 8th grade transcripts to Padua when applying for admission.
Placement Test Scholarship
Students may earn a $2,000-$5,000 renewable scholarship by being among the top scorers on one of the first three Padua placement tests given to eighth graders each year. Our Important Dates page has all the details.
Students with a talent in instrumental and/or vocal music may audition by appointment for a partial music scholarship ($500-$2,000) sponsored by the Padua Music Association. The Music Scholarship Application is due by December 1st and auditions are typically held the 2nd Saturday in December. Music Scholarship winners are notified in January.

Class of 2022 St. Francis Scholarship
This need-based scholarship is designed to assist freshman applicants who otherwise could not afford a Catholic education. Recipients must show significant need and may be awarded $1,000 to $3,000, renewable each year, as long as the student maintains a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average at Padua. To be eligible for consideration, you must complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application along with the St. Francis Scholarship application by November 15, 2017.
Students may be selected for employment by Padua Franciscan to do light custodial duties, immediately after school and during the summer months. A limited number of positions are available, and applications are available to Padua students (15 years of age and older) through the Padua Business Office. Students are paid an hourly wage.
C.Y.O. Work Program
This is designed to assist students who have demonstrated financial need. Students work during scheduled C.Y.O. athletic events at Padua. Students must complete Padua CYO Work Program Application and must have the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment completed by November 15, 2017. Limited spots are available.
Tuition will be discounted $250 if paid in full by July 31, prior to the start of the school year.
Tuition of each additional sibling in the family attending concurrently is discounted $1,500.
A number of parishes, schools and organizations also award grants to high school students (i.e. Knights of Columbus, Czech Catholic Union, First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association, Catholic War Veterans and various Catholic elementary school Parent-Teacher scholarships.) You must inquire directly to the individual groups and organizations.
