Advancing the mission of Padua Franciscan High School
Bruins Big Give is an annual, 24-hour day to make a difference!
Wednesday, October 4th, which is the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, is all about gratitude and giving!
On this day, everyone is asked to showcase their Padua pride and collectively show support for Padua Franciscan High School’s influence on our lives and the lives of each of our students.
The purpose of this community-wide giving challenge is to inspire and bring our community of students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni and friends together for one big day.
Our goal is to increase donor participation. The number of alumni who make gifts each year determines our participation rate. We focus on participation because:
- A high participation rate is an indicator of satisfaction with the school and support of its mission.
- Prospective funders view annual giving from alumni as an indicator of a healthy institution worthy of additional support.
- Ranking reports in magazines and other media examine alumni participation rates when compiling their lists.
If you want to take part in the challenge, you don’t have to wait! make a gift now—every unrestricted gift or commitment made between now and October 4, 2017 can count toward our challenge.
Our Bruins and future Bruins will benefit from your support. You can make a big difference ensuring our students are happy, healthy, holy, and highly-prepared.
