Seven senior athletes participated in National Signing Day on Wednesday, February 2, 2021. The following Bruins plan to continue their football careers in college:

- Jason Freeman – Notre Dame College
- Daniel Obloj – Case Western Reserve University
- Jerome Shaw-Mason – Tiffin University
- Ryan Whitely – Saginaw Valley State University
