About YSU’s BaccMed Program
The YSU-BaccMed program provides students with an enhanced pre-medical curriculum and access to potential early assurance to either Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) or Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). This program places a special emphasis on those interested in family medicine, general pediatrics, and general internal medicine; medically underserved communities; and research related to these medical disciplines and populations.
