CLASS OF 2024 INFORMATION
There are several events involving seniors in May and many of them are mandatory. Mandatory events are marked *.
- May 3 – No classes for all seniors. Prom at Stillwater Place, 6:30pm – 10:30pm
- *May 6 – This is the Monday after Prom. This is a school day for all of our students. We give seniors the Friday of Prom off to allow them the opportunity to enjoy the whole day. We also have all Fridays in May dedicated to seniors and senior class events. Thank you in advance for your support as we finish the year.
- May 10 – No classes for seniors.
- May 16 – Last chance to request handicap seating and/or parking. Please email eoles@paduafranciscan.net with any requests.
- *May 17 – Senior Reflection Day, 8am at Padua, Graduation practice to follow, 12pm-2pm at Saint Albert the Great Church. Food is provided on this day.
- *May 20-23 – Senior exams
- May 20 and 21 – Periods 1-4

- May 22– Periods 5/6 – 11
- 11:30am-2:29pm
- May 23 – Periods 5/6 – 11

- *May 24 – Senior Awards Assembly, 8am in the Padua gym. This is a cap and gown event. Seniors should arrive to Padua and report to the cafeteria no later than 7:30am.
- May 28 – Baccalaureate Mass 7pm at St. Anthony of Padua Church
- May 30 – Commencement for the Class of 2024 at 6pm at Saint Albert the Great Church. Parking lot opens at 4:45pm.
- All guests are invited to small reception after Graduation at the Saint Albert the Great Parish Life Center.
GRADE 9-11 SEMESTER EXAMS
Grades 9-11 semester exams will take place May 28-May 30. See the exam schedule below. More details will be given to students and will also be posted to the Parent Resource Page the week before exams.

- Period 5/6 or 6/7 – 11:50am-1:05pm
- May 29

- May 30th
- Period 10 – 9am-10:15am
- Period 11 – 10:25am-11:40am
- Make up period – 11:50pm-1:05pm
EDCHOICE SCHOLARSHIPS
Please be aware all applications have been submitted. At this point all parents and guardians should have received a conditional approval letter. Please turn in renewals for next year if they haven’t done so. Please refer all questions regarding EdChoice and all State Scholarships to Mrs. Katie Gardner at kgardner@paduafranciscan.net.
FINANCIAL POLICIES FORMS
Financial policies forms for the 2024-2025 school year are now available in parent MyPad accounts. Forms are to be submitted to MyPad by May 15, 2024. The $150 registration and $600 enrollment fees are due by May 15, 2024. If you have any questions or issues, please contact the Business Office.
