No School: Martin Luther King Day
On each of these Finals days, school is in session for only half a day. Students report only for scheduled exams, however, once students have arrived at school, they must remain until they have finished their last exam for the day. Students are not permitted to leave the building and return for a later exam.
Busses will run in the morning as usual. However, students must provide their own transportation after exams each day. There will be no bus service in the afternoon. Students who arrive early will have supervised areas for study.
No lunch will be served in the Cafeteria on these days. The Brewin’ Café will be open each morning from 7:30 a.m. until 12 noon.
If we were to have a calamity day during finals we will follow the following procedure: If a cancellation occurs at any point during our finals days we will pick up testing the very next day we return. For example, if school is cancelled on Tuesday, January 14th, we would have finals on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and the Tuesday after MLK Day. Regardless of what happens we will be off on Monday, January 20, 2020 in celebration of MLK Day.
