Our newly established Gardening Club planted eight garden boxes on our campus in October 2018. Students planted pollinator-friendly fall seeds, including: wildflowers, lavender, black-eyed Susans, hummingbird mix and milkweed. The club will soon be installing a gutter and rain barrel, which will be used to water the garden. The project was made possible, thanks to a $500 community grant from Walmart.
