One of our most beloved lunch ladies, Carol Kosiba, received her official 2016 NBA Championship Ring from the Cleveland Cavaliers on December 25, 2016. “It was a wonderful surprise on Christmas Day,” said Kosiba.
She has been serving our students in the Padua Cafeteria for 25 years, in addition to working part-time at Quicken Loans Arena for 15 years.
If you are ever at The Q, you can find her scanning tickets at various entrances. Chances are, she won’t be wearing her huge ring. When her family members aren’t bringing it for show-and-tell at work, her ring usually stays in a safe place at home.
