Numerous volunteers helped showcase a variety of healthcare careers to the rising MedTrack® juniors during the annual MedTrack ExternSHOP™, also known as an Externship Workshop. The purpose of the ExternSHOP is to provide hands-on experiences that go beyond what students of this age can experience in a clinical setting. New this year, were sessions on Orthopedic Surgery led by Dr. Mike Scarcella ’01 and Dr. Jose Vega ’10 and Pharmacy led by Dr. Lexie Moss ’14. Additional thanks to alumni Dr. Katie Cerny-Suelzer ’93, Dr. Joe Hanna ’79, Dr. Jonah Kuvin ’15, Dr. Cameron Marcus ’13, Lynn (Keco) Moran ’89, John Niezgoda ’21, Dr. Ann Printy ’13, and Mary Ellen Wasco ’16, along with Padua teacher Mr. Jake Lantz and his daughter Emmy, Dr. Brian Davis, Scott Grabowski, and Jeff Keco.
