Padua’s Italian Club, with the support of the Italian Consulate in Detroit’s Education Office, invited students to an immersive pasta-making class, featuring two special guests from the Italian-American community. Students had a chance to deepen their appreciation for Italian food, connect with the community and celebrate Italian-American Heritage Month and the upcoming 2023 Settimana della Cucina nel Mondo, indulging in delicious pasta and connecting with fellow members of our Italian community. Everyone had the opportunity to savor the three types of pasta created together: fettuccine al pesto, ravioli di carne al ragù di manzo, and gnocchi ai quattro formaggi.
