Four members of Padua’s Marching Band performed in the All-Ohio State Fair Band from July 26th – Aug. 5th in Columbus. Congrats to the following Bruins: Matthew Bokros ’23 (percussion), Luke Chojnacki ’24 (flute), Matthew Iacobelli ’25 (percussion), and Matthew Pafford ’26 (tenor sax)! The All-Ohio State Fair Band has been featuring the talents of outstanding high school instrumentalists since 1925 and has entertained millions of fairgoers over the last century. The members of the Band, who perform selections from a wide range of band music and marches, are selected each spring on the basis of their ability and experience, the recommendation of their high school band director, geographical considerations, and the consent and support of their parent or guardian.
